The purpose of this is site is to demonstrate how easy it would be to create an online library of digital books as Gaeilge. There are large numbers of Irish books, from years past, such “An Leaba a Dimigh Whoosh!” These would be ideal for such a project, as the Dept. already owns the copyright on same. From actual classroom experience, I can state that children love having stories read to them especially as no one reads to children anymore!
